Music is one of our favorite things in life and some of you may have caught the impromptu jams during store hours in the last few months with Kurt and Bo (Michael Boukedes) on guitars and George on bass, and more recently with Rene on vocals. The stage and sound system are always open for local musicians during store hours.....come on in our kitchen! Just so you know, the Cafe at Appleseed has the best lunch in the area....

Local Produce from Heart of Christmas Farms!
We want to remind everyone that we have been carrying local produce from Heart of Christmas Farms since October 2009! Fresh produce is usually delivered late Thursday or early Friday, and the selection continues to grow - from fresh greens, free range eggs, to dairy products. Support your local farmers and those of us trying to bring it to the community. Check it out and let us know if we can count on your support...

Do you need a referral to a local wellness practitioner? Find a chiropractor, colon hydrotherapist, or other expert that we have worked with or that our customers have expressed satisfaction with (give us your suggestions!). One of our recent favorites is Rockledge chiropractor Marco La Starza, D.C. who has recently moved almost next door here at Arbor Place!
