In case you have been in our produce section lately, we want to remind everyone that we have been carrying local produce from Heart of Christmas Farms since October. Fresh produce is usually delivered late Thursday or early Friday, and the selection continues to grow - from fresh greens, free range eggs, to dairy products. Check it out...

The Cafe at Appleseed features healthy foods in a comfortable environment, with free wireless internet. Emily and Rene' (and now Jesse too!) are really rockin' as they create new Lunch Specials and Raw Specials, complimenting the regular menu choices of vegan, vegetarian and raw items.
